Hi Everyone. This is my first time on Lactnet. I am requesting help I have an
experienced breastfeeding mother of 2 month old twins whose left breast
stopped "working" 24 hours ago suddenly. She is engorged (hard )on that side
but no milk can be expressed manually, with pump or by nursing (twins and
even spouse). No redness or hardened areas noted. She has tried warm
compresses, warm bath cabbage leaves for  the discomfort and Tylenol and
massage. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS . THANKS ALL KAREN
