 Dear Stephanie, Hopefully one day soon someone at your local hospital will see the light of day and start the BFHI process!  Have moms send notes to the CEO and maternity supervisor about the poor care they have received,  If the CEO gets enough mail he will be questioning what is going on and why.  Send him BFHI info with moms letters! Good luck, I know it takes too long .The first BFHI was only 8 years ago!  Pat in SNJ
