I used to have hand outs from an anti Ezzo site. They would cut to the size
of bookmarks. I would carefully place one flyer (with quotes from Dr. Sears
or other prominant peds and the AAP condemnation of the book) into each
book.

I can't find the URL now, and do not even know if the site is still up. But
it was a good, proactive thing to do. It did not damage the book, and
mothers, who might not realize just what Ezzo and his ilk were about could
learn and do their own research.
