I don't recall ever hearing the word "torticollis" until reading it on Lactnet today. I did however have a baby who "held her head funny."  So that's what it was! When I pointed it out to the doctor, he said, "Pffft! She's fine." I took her immediately to a chiropractor, who noticed the problem immediately, showed me where to massage, and the problem was fixed very quickly.
