Although both fennel and fenugreek are considered glactogogues, they are not the
same.
The recommended maximum daily dose of fenugreek is 6 grams when taken orally,
although I do not know if  that is the dose taken as a galactogogue.
I'm sure someone out there can confirm the dose as a galactogogue.
