I can't agree more - so when you're UPSET and have written a quick response,
save it in "draft" and then wait...

Re-read it out loud and see if that is how you would speak to a client.
Just because we read Lactnet in our homes in our pj's (5 am here in
California) doesn't mean we should "speak" to each other as if we were in
each others' relatives (sad to say, family members often treat each other
much less respectfully than total strangers).  This is STILL supposed to be
a discussion board for LACTATION PROFESSIONALS.  

If you REALLY need to say what you want to say to a particular person, you
can send a private e-mail, and have a one-on-one private discussion - which
usually ends up making great new friends as you agree to disagree or as you
come up with a common viewpoint.
