I've heard from my clients with vasospasm that it does seem to help avoid it
if due to a drop in temperature. Frequent application of dry heat
throughout the day, such as a sweat sock filled with rice and microwaved for
a minute, also helps reduce the recurrence. I'm assuming this is due to
Reynaud's, not something that can be remedied such as poor latch, etc.?
