Malka, you can find out about IBCLCs in the UK here: http://www.lcgb.org

But if you want breastfeeding support rather than an LC specifically, 
you will have more luck exploring the volunteer organisations -

http://www.nct.org.uk is mine but there are others, plus local networks.

Very few IBCLCs work in private practice in the UK. Most are also 
HCPs working for the health service or breastfeeding counsellors 
working for the vol orgs.
