But didn't some of the babies in pain have "colic"?
And now my dh has "reflux" where, twenty years ago, he would have had
"ulcers" or "heartburn" (depending on the severity) -- all in
parentheses because I am not sure the diagnoses are any more scientific
than colic (= ?)
Interestingly, my colicky baby was one of those that the research in
1982-83 tested out, and we noted a change with less dairy. Allergies?
Another variety / manifestation of intolerances?
