I have a client who had wanted to breastfeed her first and only child but her husband said that he was NEVER going to share "his" breasts with a baby. So she bottlefed. Now she doesn't want anymore children because she won't be able to breastfeed. Her son also has Spina Bifida which complicates the situation. I would appreciate any advice that anyone has for this situation. Also some further info. on Spina Bifida and whether her next child,if there is one, will be affected.
