For all who are interested...newish members are automatically set to digest
when they subscribe. This is to cut down on error messages for us.

For anyone who wants to set lactnet nomail...send an email message to
[log in to unmask]

Messag should read:

SET LACTNET NOMAIL

Just like that..all one word for nomail. It will work. Do not use a
signature, etc...The computer will send you an acknowledgement that it has
changed your subscription options. IF you don't get this, you know it hasn't
worked.
