Well, she can leave it out for 10 hours for sure.  (See research r/t
breastmilk left at room temp for 10 hours basically OK -- which is NOT the
title of the research article).  Why not try 11 or 12?  What's to be lost?
The research tested it at 10 -- not 11 or 12.  Doesn't mean she can't.  If it
tastes yukky -- don't use it.  If it tastes OK -- why not?

Jan -- willing to bend the rules if it works OK.
