A mother of a six month old nursing baby called me because she was pumping
"clear" breast milk. So clear that you could see through it--like water.
She normally takes her son to work with her and pumps once each evening.

The "clear" milk was being expressed from only one breast and the other was
normal milk. She reports the only thing she has recently changed was an
additional 500 mg of calcium for a total of 1000 mg per day.

Any ideas?? Barb Gabbert-Bacon, LLLL, Wichita, KS
