Hi Jaye,
No it does not have any effect whatsoever on milk supply.  I had the same 
thing.  when you have IVF, they look at EVERYTHING because you are paying 
so much money, they leave no stone unturned.  Lots of women have 
antiphospholipid conditions and never knew it.  Its just all the tests they run 
at the clinic.  I was on heparin as well during my pregnancy.  I already had a 
child previously, and I didn't use heparin.  They just want to be certain the 
pregnancy is not lost due to a clot in the placental pathway.
