Thanks for the information regarding using the Lactina on lower pressures.  Is
it possible that the moms with breast hypersensitivity were getting more milk
on minimum pressure because of their discomfort- possibly catecholamine
mediated interference with their MER...Have moms with suckling babies had the
same experience in your practice?  I rent Ameda/Egnell pumps, but often see
clients who already have Lactinas, and would like to be able to assist them in
using them effectively.
