Hello Netters. There is no specific research on hindmilk vs human milk
fortifier, but I do have one article on "Supplementation With Human Milk
Protein Improves Growth of Small Premature Infants Fed Human Milk" by
Ronnholm, Perheentupa, and Siimes. Pediatrics, Vol. 77, No. 5, May 1986. In
regards to cupfeeding, we have discussed this in length before and there are
several hospitals with protocols for normal newborn and premature. There is
a video-- Sandra Langs, #F532 "Cup-feeding in the Neonatal Unit" from ILCA
conference, 1995. Order from First Tape, (708) 386-0660, 411`
Harrison-Front, Oak Park, IL 60304. Good-luck
