Lora, I'm hoping your son does well on his SAT's. But all of you, please remember, grades on SATs have a lot to do with how well one has processed what was learned in school, and a lot on how well people take tests. It is supposed to be an indicator of how students will fare in college.

SATs has little to do with real intelligence or brilliance. Einstein would never have gotten good grades, especially on the maths.

Chanita, San Francisco (who, by the way, did very well on her SATs, 35 years ago, but doesn't even remember the numbers).
