She was seen this morning in the birth center clinic. The right breast area
at 4:00 is now looking like an abcess. She is returning to the Breast Clinic
at 2:30 today for possible drainage. The galactocele as seen by ultrasound
is at 9:00. She is supplementing with formula while nursing on the left
breast in the evening and at night. She does not seem to want to return to
exclusive breastfeeding. Just would like to get this resolved and have a
happy relationship with her baby. Her mood is very stable at this time. I
just think the depression and not nursing for 3 days was where the issues
started. And why didn't the abcess show up until late last night?
