I had a chance to put a vacuum gauge on one. The low was about 40. The max varied between 150 and 170 mmHg. Hospital grade pumps should go to about 250. I see this as a means to lose your milk. It may be fine as a "convenience" pump, but certainly will not bring in or maintain a full supply. Not for working moms or other times of mom/baby separations.
