Hi, I did a Google search using "breastfed infants" and "growth chart"
I don't know how up-to-date these are.

Here's one from the CDC (USA)
<http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/growthcharts/training/modules/module2/text/
page5h.htm>
It was done in collaboration with WHO, and includes only breastfed girl
infants. They state they are working on one that will go from birth to
five years.

and from kellymom.com
<http://www.kellymom.com/babyconcerns/growth/growthcharts.html>
Charts for boys and for girls, based on a small sample of breastfed infants.

and from the Canadian Paediatric Society, guidelines for using growth charts
<http://www.cps.ca/english/statements/N/NutritionNoteGrowth.htm>

I hope this helps.
