The gave 4 reasons how to decrease you chances of getting breast cancer.
1.  Decrease Weight Gain
2.  Increase Physical Activity
3.  Decrease Alcohol Consumption
and the Last Reason (drumroll please)
4.  Breast Feed

It was weird to actually hear them say this on TV.  They really didn't
give the specifics of how, but I figure it might get some women to
inquire about why.
