We have a photo of a baby with purse string lips in the Breastfeeding Atlas.
She had such hypertonic lips that it was virtually impossible to get a
pinkie finger or bottle nipple in her mouth.  She could not open wide enough
to get the breast and it was one of the hardest cases to work with I've ever
had.  We couldn't make bfg work and I suspect there was a neurological
problem underlying.
