We have had the tape "A Premie Needs His Mother" since August and it has been
very popular with our moms. We use the first part on our high risk antepartum
unit either in conjunction with a class we have to discuss breastfeeding with
these moms or on it's own for some moms. The second part we use in the NICU
setting as babies are pogressing towards actual breastfeeding. The response
from parents and staff has been very positive. Dr. Morton also wrote an article
recently in the Advances in Neonatal Care October 2002 (NANN) journal that
included an excellent handout for these moms especially as they are heading
