I know this situation has come up before  and I have searched the archieves
but cannot find what I need.  I need data for the "powers that be" at my
hospital about the prevalence of hospitals charging for inpatient and
outpatient services  provided by their IBCLC's. We already have a pump
program but are not generating enough revenue to support our program and it
seems that charging for our consults is the only way to save it. If anyone
know where I can get that data, please let me know. If any hospital-based
LC's would be willing to share their fee structure, etc, please e-mail me
privately.
