Dear wonderful wise women who get so tired sometimes:

Please do not retire or disappear!  One thing that really helps me 
sometimes is to remember that while the world goes to heck in a 
handbasket, I still have my sphere of influence.  One motherbaby at a 
time will eventually change the world.

What you/we do matters deeply, whether we get to see the outward 
ripples or not.
