I don't understand how it's being labelled "non-surgical". If you  
have a look at the poster presentation, the procedure is a  
(apparently tweaked) version of the old method of fat harvesting and  
autologous grafting, which was banned a couple of decades ago due to  
the high incidence of graft failure and fat necrosis.

There's no plausible physiological mechanism that I'm aware of for  
the pre-operative vacuum pumping device to increase glandular tissue  
or supply, and I'm deeply suspicious of the supposed results  
published here:

They would need to be independently verified in several truly  
independent, non profit centres before I'd start to consider taking  
them seriously. The aesthetic surgery industry lies at least as much  
as the infant formula industry, and often appears to be even less  
well regulated.
