Sometimes blebs that return or don't respond to lecithin may be avoided by
using a mixture of olive oil and a couple of drops of GSE (either grapefruit
seed extract or citrus seed extract) to massage the breast, areola and
nipple. I find the bleb problem much more prevalent in chronic breast yeast
cases and in moms with high trigylceride levels (don't ask...a few years
back I had what I thought was a brilliant idea for a research project with
cholesterol, triglycerides, and bf). Anyway, I've also had success with
having moms spray their breasts incl nipple with a dilute acidified solution
(1/4 cup vinegar to 2 cups water with 5 drops of GSE) right after a shower.
This solution can be used to keep the normal acid mantel of the skin which
helps sloughing at the correct rate; thus, reducing the bleb problem. I
hope this helps some of you.
