You can argue the nature of the connection, but in my book, if you are 
paid by Nestle to turn up to a Nestle-fest, and discuss your  research 
at their conferences, and they publish that subsequently, then you've 
been paid by Nestle.

Apologies for not responding sooner, I'd run out of posts, and someone 
just reminded me I'd not posted the link.
