The babies are NOT BF.  They are both unable to sustain a good enough L-O
and get enough milk by BF alone.  Mom is offering breat to babies regularly,
but they are comped with EBM by bot or syringe at breast or SNS w/finger feeds.

The main concern is not how they are BF at this point.  She is a LLLL so has
the stamina and determination to see this through to successful exclusive
BFing.  As she has never had to pump with any of her other children (she has
3 older kids) she has no idea of her right breast has always produced
considerably less than the left.

I am not too converned about this myself - I had at least a 2oz difference
in volume between breasts while pumping for several months with baby #2.  I
have worked with many other moms who have had noticable differences in
breast output.  What she wants to know is how normal is this, is it a
problem (or potential one) and is there anything that can be done to change
it?  She uses warm compresses before pumping and does compression and
massage - no change in amount of milk from the right breast.  Also, the
concern about the lack of let-down to the pump with only the right breast.
