"Though present in large quantities in human breast milk ? its third largest 
component ? HMOs (human milk oligosaccharides ) are not found in cow’s 
milk. Infant nutrition products containing HMOs  would enhance the quality 
of life for infants by boosting their body’s natural defence and 
contributing to their development. If Glycom’s research proves successful, 
it would represent a breakthrough that would take Nestle Nutrition’s infant 
nutrition products even closer to the gold standard of human breast milk.
