I say try it!  I read somewhere... cant remember if it was lactnet or an
article, that this is what will do the trick sometimes.  The babies
benefit from an experienced mom nursing them, they get the breastmilk
and it often only takes a few times. If your friend is agreeable, then
go for it, and let us know how it turns out.
