It is my understanding that Domperidone is legal if a medical doctor
prescribes it in the United States.  A compounding pharmacy in Tampa, FL
prepares it, and as long as there is a prescription, the mother can get it.
I know there is another pharmacy in Orlando, FL that also prepares it.
