Dr. Gail points away from the bad advice given to that mom and toward
helping that mother continue to nurse her baby as he needs to be fed. Every
mother pays her peds for best-evidence care, and is entitled to no
less.legally, financially and ethically. So I love Dr. Gail's advice, as
well as her "Little Green Book of Breastfeeding Management"; the advice
therein exemplifies those entitlements. It's a great, well-written and
complete little book.
