the rank and file Lactnetters and LLL'ers to write? Ethical committee?
How would it be best to direct them?

I certainly hope officers of ILCA, as an official organization, and WABA,
and all other such ethical organizations marshal their organizations to
write official communications. And I sure hope Marsha Walker is one who
writes them!
