HI All,
Well, I taped the show, but haven't seen it yet (had to watch Voyager, and
it is rather late - 10:30pm).  However, I did watch my local news and though
they did not air the Medela VNR, what they did air was great!  They did a
spot on a local store, Maternal Expressions, here in Folsom California.
This store is a BF and Maternity Specialty store (Karen Evon, IBCLC is
co-owner...Hi Karen!), and it is wonderful!  They showed a very good friend
of mine (who is also a Lactnut) Katte Smith with her baby Gavin.  The spot
was done quite a while ago as Gavin is now just over 1yr and in the spot he
was about 3 mo!  Anyway, they showed her BF Gavin, beautifully done Katte,
and she talked about how wonderful BF was, etc.  Then they brought in local
Peds who discussed the importance of BF.  At the end of the report, they
showed a list of what to look for in a 24 hr period to know that your baby
is getting enough.

I am so excited!  Now I need to find time to watch the show... :)
