I would consider 'tightness in breast' at 6 wks post weaning (bf til about
13 mos) to be a normal variant. Mother can continue to observe but this will
probably dissappear over time. Perhaps the mom is thinking about
relactating? Do they co sleep? If she weaned due to a medication, perhaps
she wasn't really ready?
