It might be helpful if mom could use an SNS to initiate breastfeding.
It may be helpful to have the babies finger-feed first, so that they can
get used to having the tube in theri mouths.  Ths will also buy time for
the mother to teach them how to latch on.  Using an asymmetric latch
will also help mom to position them properly, and help to assure that
they will get more than nipple in their mouths.  good luck!
