I am trying -- yet again -- to figure out how to post to Lactnet so the result does not show those ANNOYING equal signs and other gibberish.

I also made a typo in my last post:  the authors of the "Textbook of Human Lactation are [our beloved] Tom Hale [with an "e" at the end] and Peter Hartmann [equally beloved, I should think]
