To look for a positive element in this...I think it would be great for a
mother to have easy access to a good handpump instead of the JUNK that
they usually purchase from the local baby store or pharmacy (or are
given as shower gifts of all things or loaned by a friend who had her
baby 5 yrs ago). Those certainly don't come with advice from a lactation
professional.  If they did, they wouldn't be used for milk expression
but put in a large pile, set ablaze, and melted down into a heap!
Perhaps someone could use the resultant heap for a more constructive
purpose than the pumps would have been used for!
