"I would be careful where you get your info for the pumps. Each company knows only THEIR pumps and should not be the ones to do training on any other pumps but the ones they sell. I find it to be a great place for much misinformation to be passed to people about competitors pumps and many of those that attend these sessions are new to the use of pumps."

As someone who used to sell office equipment, I wouldn't completely discredit or not allow competitor's comments about a product. Of course you will need to use your own judgement when deciding to believe these statements. But any good salesperson WILL know their competitor's products as well as their own, and would be able to point out any weaknesses they may have. You probably won't hear about these weaknesses from the pump's own reps. As with anything, it is up to you to educate yourself, think it through, and decide for yourself.
