I've suggested that those taking the LC exam might benefit from taking the
Human Relations (HRE) training available through LLL.  The training is
specific for listening to mothers in relation to breastfeeding issues.  And
it is really cheap too!  You don't have to be a LLL Leader or even member to
take it, I've know dads and others preparing for the exam who have taken the
class.  Usually, it's all day, 2 sessions in a day, for about $15 plus the
workbook.  Might be helpful to check into!
