I'd like to reinforce the virus alert.   Yesterday I recieved an infected
message, and our computer was not properly protected.   This virus
automatically forwards itself  to addresses in the  address book.  I
apologize if any Lactnetters that may have been in my address book recieved
the infected message.  It took me a while before I realized what was going
on and it got sent to quite a few people accidentally.

My computer is now up and running with a new reformatted disk and the latest
anti-virus program. It cost money and aggravation. Luckily I had fairly
recent back up of my files, but this was an unnecessary expense and
nuisance.
So please beware.
