Yikes, I agree that Baby is way underfed and needs to be checked for dehydration, by a qualified Pediatrician or NP immediately. As for the lack of milk, of course what comes first chicken or the egg ? Meaning, did she have limited supply to begin with or did the lack of adequate removal cause the  production to wane ? If it is Maternal, could be so many things: Insufficient Glandular tissue, Ovarian cyst, i.e. Theca Lutein cyst, Retained POC (products of conception), Hypothyroid, Severe uncorrected Anemia, prior Breast Surgery. Of course, if it is inadequate milk removal, this could be seen by an experienced IBCLC observing a feeding at the breast and by digital exam, But get this baby supplement ASAP.
