Have you encountered clients who have good milk supplies who cannot get
milk with a pump?

I have a client who has a good milk supply and baby (9 weeks) is
thriving. Mom has to return to work in about 3 weeks and has tried for
several weeks to get milk to come out with a Pump In Style, Avent Isis,
Isis "petals" on the Medela flange, larger flanges, using Rescue Remedy and
massage.

All that she gets is drops no matter what she has tried. She tried pumping
with baby on other breast and she does get a little more--1/4 ounce--but
this will not serve her when she returns to work. She is facing the
probability of having to use formula when she is at work.

Have any of you found a solution to such a problem?

Please reply quickly as I will be seeing her again later today, Thursday Mar 3.
