Thanks, Cindy for notifying us of Jack's update on candida treatment.  It's
printing out as I speak and appropriately earmarked. And Jack, thank you,
it's so helpful to have an MD thrush protocol to give to MD's-it works (most
of the time).  I just had an OB presribe APNO for a mom with a nasty nipple
fissure and she's smiling now.  An interesting case that I may share soon, if
I've the time.
