I ran across a book with a cute image of breastfeeding twins. The book is
called "Gnomes" illustrated by Rien Poortvliet, text by Wil Huygen. RP is
a prolific Dutch artist who has published several highly illustrated books.
I'm having a hard time judging whether they're primarily meant for
children or adults. His illustrations are lovely.

"Gnomes" is his image of how gnomes live. About midway through (no page
numbers) on a page about what gnomes eat, there's a picture of a buxom
woman gnome nursing twin baby gnomes (smiling down upon them, her top half
fairly well exposed) and the caption text says "Children are breastfed for
several years." (ISBN 0-553-01141-3)
