Can anyone help me with information about the effects of these drugs on a
foetus? My client is on all three of these medications and has been for the
past number of years. She takes Xanax 0.5 mg. up to 3 Gm per day, Robaxisol
C 1/2 up to 6 per day, and Restoril 30 mg. at bedtime. She takes them for
anxiety and hip, back and jaw pain. All three of these medications were
taken throughout the last pregnancy. She states she requires the levels of
medications she consumes and finds these three are the most effective to
control pain and outbreaks of ulcerative colitis. We have reviewed the
information in Briggs, Freeman & Yaffe, but would appreciate any other
information any of you may have.
