The whole issue of the cram and jam was very interesting to me - especially
since just recently I have had a few mothers mention that they felt the
nurses at the hospital were too rough both with the babies pushing them on
to the breast and too rough with the breast itself. I am amazed that this
seems to be happening in many places - but I always wonder how can we help
the situation? How can we help when our help hasn't been requested by the
nurses?

Sometimes I feel like my hands are tied - I feel sorry that these mothers
feel so poorly about their first breasfeeding experiences.
