Watched it briefly and without sound; the graphics of the not-so-great latch and the much-better latch are very clear. Thanks for passing that on!

I like the youtube video "latch on Ameda" it shows a great animated
cross-section of a baby's mouth and a nipple, showing how deep the
nipple goes into the mouth.
