Karen,

Sorry if this is too late to help; I'm very behind. I have worked with an
asthmatic mom. During pregnancy and lactation, she used Serevent (an inhaler)
and had also used Ventolin which is an older drug. She had used Beclovent
(older drug) during pregnancy and lactation, also. Now her asthma is not
severe, but did worsen during pregnancy and nursing which necessitated all
the meds. I believe the Flovent is very new (a year?). The inhalers, after
all, are not systemic medications, correct?

Good luck to her continuing to breastfeed.
